Organic Success: How to Make Success in Business & Life Natural & Effortless
Nature does not chase. It does not strive. It does not force.
The sun does not try to shine. The tree does not try to grow.
Nothing attempts to be anything other than what is in its nature.
And yet, everything flourishes.
A tree grows tall not because it reached for the sky in desperation, but because its roots sank deep. Deeper roots allow for taller trees. Deeper foundations allow for larger buildings. The height, the grandeur, the reach—these are the inevitable by-products of what lies unseen beneath the surface.
The flowers, bright and pretty, sprouting across the forest floor—these are the things most people chase. Shallow, superficial adornments. They spend their lives plucking at petals, chasing color, chasing decoration, never realising: if you plant a great tree, the flowers will come by themselves. The roots feed the trunk, the trunk feeds the branches, the branches shelter the soil, and the soil nurtures the flowers. The flowers become inevitable.
This is the self-feeding nature of a forest. An ecosystem. A Flywheel. Everything contributes. Everything feeds the loop. Everything is sustained by everything else. There is no separation.
Success, too, is an ecosystem. It is not a thing to be chased. It is not an outcome to be forced. Things happen when the conditions are ripe. Not a moment earlier. Not a moment later. Ripe fruit falls of its own accord.
Everything is perfect and complete as it is. Everything is as it is.
The food chain plays itself out. The small fish are born, they grow, and then they are eaten—acquired—by the larger fish. The higher up commands the lower down. Every animal has its role. Every movement is part of a whole. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is left out.
This is not striving. This is not ambition. This is not force.
This is nature.
All waves are the ocean. All trees are the forest.
There is no separation. No individual striving.
Everything is a simultaneous happening.
And in this ever-existent, ever-present moment, everything is already taken care of.
